Academic requirements:

• Obtained at least 3As in the recent STPM or equivalent.
• Obtained at least CGPA 3.5 in Matriculation, Diploma.

Other requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen
• Possess excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess leadership skill – involvement in extra-curricular activities
• Gained acceptance into any university/institution at time of interview to pursue a full time first degree programme
• Must show proof of financial need
• Willing to serve in the YTL group for a specified period upon graduation. This is a good starting point to begin your career at YTL
